The Semak M25C was developed to meet the demands of an evolving market. Recognizing the need for a compact rotisserie solution, Semak designed the M25C to assist small fast-food restaurants and food trucks with limited space in expanding their food offerings. This versatile unit also appeals to hotels, clubs, artisan and “paddock-to-plate” venues seeking to integrate a live fire experience and develop a more experiential dining offering. At just 950mm wide, the M28C is the smallest machine on the market capable of handling a diverse range of products, from grilled octopus to a whole suckling pig. The unit can be customized with or without a rotisserie and with or without grills, allowing for maximum flexibility.
